Visit from London Sinfonietta - April 2025

Sound Out Project - We were delighted to welcome members of the London Sinfonietta Orchestra to our school to work with our students in creating a piece of music which will be performed by the orchestra in a concert at the Princes Hall, Aldershot on 3 July. Students have worked collaboratively all day on a range of musical instruments to produce a compelling piece of music, which we are very excited to hear in its completed version.

Later this term, some of our musicians will be forming a young ensemble, led again by members of London Sinfonietta. They will also present their pieces as part of the concert in the Princes Hall. Today's workshop gave our students the chance to work alongside a composer, a performer and producer, and see for themselves that a career in music can offer them the most amazing opportunities.
