Food and Nutrition - May 2022

Year 9 GCSE Food and Nutrition students had to come up with a protein-based meal that used the skills they had learnt last term. The students then also plated up their dishes and you will see from the photos they have been working hard on their presentation skills also. We had a wide range of dishes including spicy chicken lettuce wraps, chicken chow mein, Swedish meatballs and vegetables, sticky honey glazed chicken with rice, beef mix with spring onion, butter bean and chickpea soup, and pesto chicken with cheese and tomato. Well done Year 9!
