Year 11 Prom - September 21

At long last, we were able to hold our annual school prom for 212 Year 11 students on Thursday 2 September 2021.  This had been delayed after our original plan to hold it in June, so we were very pleased that there were no further issues and that so many students were still keen to attend when they had finished school at the end of May. 

The venue was Highfield Park in Heckfield, and after a few cloudy days, we were relieved to have evening sunshine for the event.  Students arrived looking fabulous in a variety of vehicles, including a vintage bus, a Ferrari, a Bentley, a Lotus, two stretch limos, various vintage cars and a large tractor.  Close up magic was provided by Jared Gale for the first hour, while photographs were taken by Surrey Events Photography with students able to buy photos from this link. 

Food was served half way through the evening with a delicious menu supplied by the hotel, followed by a chocolate fountain.  As staff, we had a wonderful evening with the students, voting for the Prom King and Queen who were Jack Stevens and Ella Curtis, before waving them off at 11pm.

We wish them well for the future and for starting at college this month!
