WHAT TO EXPECT

The Magistrates’ Court Mock Trial Competition will help students to understand how the law touches every aspect of their lives, gaining an insight into how the legal justice system works. Students will learn about a specially written criminal case, prepare legal arguments and play a variety of court-based roles. After preparation, the team will take part in a local heat and will go head-to-head with other schools to prosecute and defend the case.
