SAMPLE ITINERARY

The Snowsports Experience is open to all students regardless of their level of experience on the slopes. Novice and experienced skiers and snowboarders can be catered for. For the last 10 years we have been to Tonale in Italy, but we have also visited Andorra and France over the past 30 years.

The venue for the proposed 2024 trip will be the Hotel Sciatori - 3-star hotel located in the heart of Passo del Tonale and just 300 metres from the ski lifts.

The experience will include:

  • Luxury Coach transfer from Fleet to and from the final destination
  • Crossing by Ferry
  • 6 nights full board accommodation, including a hot midday meal in the hotel
  • Full six-day lift pass
  • Snowsports equipment hire, including helmets
  • Six days of ski instruction (five hours per day)
  • Local ‘Tourist Tax’
  • Hoodies
  • Hampshire County Council School Journey/Travel Cover

Students who are new to Snowsports will be required to undertake lessons prior to the trip.  Whilst this may be facilitated by the school, parents should be prepared both for this additional expense and to provide transport to and from the training venue.

IMPORTANT: Activities will be led by qualified ski/snowboarding instructors, however parents/guardians should accept that, by their nature, snow sports activities may involve some level of risk which cannot be fully eliminated.
