No Limits is an independent charity providing information, advice, counselling and support through a range of services available ‘under one roof’. They launched a new service earlier in the year called Safe Haven.
The aim of Safe Haven is to provide young people of North East Hampshire & Farnham covering areas including Farnborough, Aldershot and Fleet, access to out-of-hours emotional and practical support with their mental health, providing them with the tools and techniques to enable them to be as safe as possible and to make positive changes.
For more details, please see their website: Safe Havens - No Limits (nolimitshelp.org.uk) and this poster.
Safe Haven for North East Hants & Farnham is currently based at Shieling House, 30 Invincible Road, Farnborough, Hants, GU14 7QU on Monday 6:30-10PM and Thursday 6:30PM-10PM. Due to the current COVID restrictions, face-to-face sessions are offered on an appointment basis.
In addition to face-to-face appointments, they are also offering an online webchat and text/phone service on a Wednesday evening, from 5pm to 8pm and Saturday 10.30am - 1.00 pm
This service offers young people (aged 10-17) access to out-of-hours emotional and practical support with their mental health, providing them with the tools and techniques to enable them to be as safe as possible and make positive changes.
With the summer holidays right round the corner, it is important that young people know their service is still available during this time.
