Photographs at 4pm!

We are pleased to announce that we are taking part in the 'Photographs at 4pm' project, initiated by professional photographer, Eleanor McAlister-Dilks, who set herself the challenge to capture what's happening outside while gradually welcoming back the light as the evenings lengthen during lockdown. The aim of this challenge is to bring hope, positivity and create a time for reflection as we welcome Spring 2021.

In order to participate, students and staff need to go outside or take a photograph through a window at 4pm ensuring that it does not contain any people that are identifiable.  Include as much sky as possible, but so that there is a view for context, and we should be able to see the change in light as the sun sets later each evening.

These images should then be emailed to Mrs Hutton at including student name, tutor group and the date that it was taken. We will then be collating our entries and creating a montage available to view via our website on a weekly basis. Over time, we will, as a community be able to celebrate welcoming back the light.
