STEM Club activities - February 2019

During Science activities within STEM Club, which meets after school on Wednesdays, our Year 7 and Year 8 students have researched the earth’s structure and volcanoes.  Having discovered how they formed, the students have made exciting models of volcanoes.  Students are also researching the reaction between vinegar and bicarbonate of soda, the reaction equation and the proportions necessary for a really good fizz.  We are looking forward to some dramatic eruptions!
