Body Coach work outs - Sunday 22 March

Students, here’s an idea that will keep you fit, healthy and support wellbeing while you are studying at home. 
Every morning, from Monday 23 March 20, The Body Coach will be leading a daily 30-minute workout at 9am on his You Tube Chanel. 
Aimed specifically at young people, this would be a great way to incorporate some physical activity into your daily routine.
