Y9 Art & Photography trip to V&A/Science Museums – May 2025

Our Year 9 Art and Ceramics students enjoyed a full day at the V & A, gathering sketches and photographing sources from a variety of cultures and displays including ‘Japan’, ‘Asia’, Jewellery, Stained Glass and the extensive Ceramics and Glass collections. This will inform their new ‘Pattern’ project. Our Photography students had a short walk to visit the Science Museum using the displays to test out their photography skills and gather images for their current Structures project.

It was a very successful day, providing fantastic source material.
