Spring Term 2026 – February/March
Dear Parent and Carers,
As we reach the close of a busy and fulfilling Spring Term, I would like to express my thanks for your ongoing support. It has been a pleasure to watch our students flourish both in the classroom and through the many opportunities offered beyond it, and your encouragement continues to make a significant difference to their success.
Thank you to all parents and carers who attended the Year 8 Options Evening. We hope the evening provided the guidance and reassurance needed as students take their next steps in making these important decisions.
In this edition, you will find a snapshot of the exciting activities, enrichment opportunities, and school trips that have taken place, all of which showcase the enthusiasm and talent of our students.
To our Year 11 students, who now move into the final stretch before their GCSE examinations, we are incredibly proud of your focus and determination. Over the Easter break, I encourage you to take time to rest, recharge, and balance your revision sensibly. Believe in your preparation, your hard work will shine through.
For those students and staff heading off on the ski trip, I wish you an unforgettable and safe experience. We look forward to hearing all about it when you return.
Wishing you an enjoyable and restful Easter holiday and we look forward to welcoming our students back on Monday 13th April 2026, ready for the start of the Summer Term.
Mr Kevan John, Headteacher
