The Inclusion Hub

The Calthorpe HUB, which includes AEN, the Study Unit, Pupil Premium and Wellbeing, provides a wealth of support for those students that require alternative provision.

We have fostered Ordinarily Available Provision (OAP) in lessons through bespoke sessions for teaching staff. Our mission is to develop teacher expertise to ensure that we deliver a high quality of education for all, based on core principles of inclusion, with high challenge, high aspiration and high support at the heart of our school culture and ethos. We have identified our top 10 OAP strategies which are embedded across the curriculum.
