Electronic Payments (ScoPay)

Calthorpe Park School operates a cashless system with all payments managed through www.scopay.com This includes payments for school trips, resources and events, as well as purchasing food and drinks in the cafe and restaurant.
Upon joining Calthorpe Park, all students are issued with unique details for parents to access Scopay. Students make payments for food and refreshments in school by using their thumb print at the till. If you experience any difficulties or have any questions about using ScoPay, please contact the Finance Team.
Guide to Making Payments & Using ScoPay
For further help, please see this guide about managing your Scopay account and this guide about making payments.
When you log in to ScoPay, you may see a number of resources for students in all years – please ensure you only buy items that are relevant for your child. If you have not had a letter or your child has not been informed about a trip or resource, please do not pay for it.
Some revision guides are labelled PP. These are only for pupil premium students. Please make sure you select the correct guide when paying.

Emergency (Optional) Overdraft
A lunchtime meal is essential for focused and engaged students, so on the rare occasion where a parent may have forgotten to top-up a student’s lunch account, the school offers a short term overdraft facility. Parents can opt-in to this overdraft facility by completing this form.
Currently the maximum cafe spend for a student is £7.50 per day. Should you wish to amend this limit, please email Finance.
ScoPay Account Credit when student leaves
If your child has left Calthorpe Park, but you still have money left in the cafe account, please complete this form for a refund.
If you would like to donate the balance to the school, which will be used to support our fundraising projects, please notify Finance.
