Welcome to our new Headteacher!

Welcome to our new Headteacher, Mr Kevan John who started at Calthorpe Park on Monday 19th April 2021.  He is feeling very enthusiastic about joining us and has the highest aspirations for every student, knowing the impact that a first class education can have on the future of each individual.

Mr John is a scientist with over 28 years of teaching and leadership experience.  For the past four years he has been Vice Principal (Deputy Head) at Midhurst Rother College. He has held senior leadership roles in secondary schools for around 15 years and so brings with him a wealth of experience. 

He will be holding a number of events during the Summer term, more information to follow, which will provide an opportunity to meet parents (albeit virtually at the moment) and discuss the building of a successful partnership.

We hope that all our stakeholders give Mr John a warm welcome when meeting him around school, and wish him a successful and happy career with us.
